Staging Director

The Staging Director contributes to compelling, distraction-free worship services by bringing scenic designs to life through collaboration and creative construction methods; by overseeing the stage running crew in the Worship Center for weekend services; and by training, inspiring, and developing the volunteer scenic team for construction of scenic designs.

Audio Engineer

The Audio Engineer contributes to compelling, distraction-free worship services by managing all audio production that impacts Sunday morning worship services and other special events in the Worship Center; by training, inspiring, and developing the volunteer audio team to produce audio for live events; and by designing, installing, and maintaining audio equipment in the Worship Center and CHCC campus as needed.

Upper Elementary Director

We are looking for a strong leader who is an innovative, strategic, and visionary builder to serve as our Upper Elementary Director. The right person for this role will have a passionate commitment to raising up children to be strong in their faith and to grow in their love for others. As a member of the Children's Ministry Leadership team, this person works with the Children’s Ministry Director to strategically create a culture that engages and equips parents to spiritually lead their families, ensuring that our program (serving approximately 800 children) is bursting at the seams in all directions – up in worship, down in discipleship, and out in mission. A track record of high leader recruitment and guest retention, as well as excellence in successful large-scale event planning, is highly desirable for this position. Serving as the primary communicator for all weekend services, this energetic and relational leader will need demonstrated success in leading and equipping staff and volunteers to building ministry – both deep and wide.

Lower Elementary Coordinator

We are looking for a high energy, imaginative, relational leader to serve as our Lower Elementary Coordinator. This integral staff member ensures we offer high-impact, high-energy, highly- relational ministries that position kindergarten and first grade children to grow spiritually and powerfully experience the love of Christ by leading the recruitment and onboarding of volunteers; directing the small group ministry; coordinating the administrative and logistic support for the lower elementary ministry; and ensuring children and their families are well served.

Midpoint Leadership Resident

A Midpoint Leadership Resident partners with our Next Gen team to lead, build, and develop a thriving Preteen & Jr. High Ministry by overseeing a mid-size group of 25-75 students; by leading and developing a group of 8 – 15 small group leaders; and by assisting in preparing and leading Sunday morning activities, camps, events, retreats, outreaches, and other ministry initiatives.

We are looking for reliable, flexible candidates to serve as baristas in Wild Blue, our church café. Baristas serve congregants, visitors and staff on weekdays and weekends, and create a welcoming and inviting environment by providing fantastic service and products to every customer.

A KidZone Teacher interacts with, teaches and provides care for children participating in KidZone programs. KidZone teachers must demonstrate a positive attitude, be flexible and reliable, and possess effective verbal and listening skills. Most importantly, a KidZone teacher loves working with children in a loving, gentle manner.
